PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment

July 26, 2022

The Martin County Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will be conducting a public hearing on July 26, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Martin County Commissioners Room, located on the first floor of the Courthouse, 201 Lake Avenue – Fairmont, MN. The following item will be on the agenda:

Re-Zone Request from Tom Finke, applicant and property owner, within Section 6 of Manyaska Township. Mr. Finke is proposing to re-zone property that is zoned as “A” Agricultural District to “HB” Highway Business District for the purpose of operating a hall for meetings, conventions, or social gatherings.

Any persons interested in this public hearing are urged to attend the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment meeting.
